The Barn is a new, spacious, luxury property of exceptional specification designed and constructed with many 'green' issues, such as under floor central heating, softened water and treble glazing. Access to the property, which is all on the upper floor of the Barn, is via a staircase at the rear.

The living area comprises 2/3rds of the property. It is open plan with a split level between the lounge and kitchen and dining area. The lounge has a television, DVD and sound system. The sliding door giving access onto the balcony, where there is furniture to relax with a drink and watch the summer sun set over west Wiltshire.

The 2 bedrooms and the shower room are reached via a lobby from the dining area. The bedrooms comprise a double and twin bedded rooms and they have all the creature comforts and built in wardrobes. The shower room has a heated towel radiator, wc, hand basin and quadrant shower.

The Kitchen, which is in a gallery layout, is well equipped with extras like multifunction microwave, dishwasher and filtered drinking water.

On the ground floor the Barn has its own utility room with a sink, washing machine, freezer, additional wc and shower and space to dry out walking and cycling clothes.

Adjacent to the Barn there is parking for visitors vehicles and storage for cycles. There is also a wash down, a lawn with a garden bench and a gas BBQ for those special occasions.

Services

All hot water and heating for the property is included in the hire. Linen and towels are provided on a weekly basis commencing Fridays.
