The property is located 1 mile north of Market Lavington village on the M/L to Devizes route which is an unclassified road. It is 1km south of the A360 Devizes to West Lavington road, turn off on the main road at Black Dog cross roads., SP The Broadway and Market Lavington. It's the only tarmac drive 1/2 way up the hill on the left hand side. Look at for the 1st 40 mph repeater sign. Get to the top of the hill and you have gone too far.
